Ezi-Pay is New Zealand owned and operated. Headquartered in the central Auckland suburb of Grafton, we also have offices in Wellington and Christchurch.

Like several of the most successful companies within our industry worldwide, our background is in phone cards and retail payments.   Our hands-on experience in these two industries means we’re well versed in the importance of identifying and establishing working relationships with the retail outlets most likely to excel in and benefit from sales of ‘virtual’ products.   It also means we understand how to achieve seamless integration to widely used point of sale devices software so that retailers don’t require additional terminals in their stores.

We've developed the software that powers our transactions and we own the network we use. That allows us to move quickly and offer an extraordinary amount of flexibility to retailers in the way that they connect to us. Our network processes millions of retail transactions annually and connects to all major Eftpos transaction providers.

Ezi-Pay was founded in 2003 by Dave Spicer, Karim Hussona and Paul Carter.
