Ezi-Pay service levels

Level 1                 Phone support
The majority of terminal faults can be resolved over the phone.   The Ezi-Pay help desk is available toll free from 7am to 9pm, 7 days a week to provide phone based support.  

This support is available free of charge to all Ezi-Pay retailers.

Level 2                       Replacement of faulty hardware
In the event of faulty hardware, Ezi-Pay will courier replacement hardware the following business day (Mon-Fri, except Public Holidays).  Delivery is subject to location and courier schedules. 

This support is available free of charge to all Ezi-Pay retailers with an Ezi-Pay supplied rental terminal.

All amounts exclude GST. Service levels and rates effective 2 June 2008.
